A brand for a company is like a reputation for a person. You earn reputation by trying to do hard things well.

Branding is the process involved in creating a unique name and image for a product in the consumers' mind, mainly through advertising campaigns with a consistent theme. Branding aims to establish a significant and differentiated presence in the market that attracts and retains loyal customers.
What goes into establishing a great brand for a small business? It takes research, understanding what sets you apart from your competitors. Knowing who your target audience is and how they perceive the services & product your offering.

It doesn't’t matter how many times I have to click, as long as each click is a mindless, unambiguous choice.

Steve Krug
Web design is a process of conceptualizing, planning, and building a collection of electronic files that determine the layout, colors, text styles, structure, graphics, images, and use of interactive features that deliver pages to your site visitors.
And its not as easy as it sounds. Your content has to be meaningful, it has to be relate-able to the people that visit your site. It needs to be brief and direct. Visuals such as graphics, photos even the style of font used should support the message and the information being provided.

Never fall in love with an idea. They're whores. If the one you're with isn't doing the job, there's always another.

Chip Kidd
Graphic design is art with a purpose. It involves a creative and systematic plan to solve a problem or achieve certain objectives, with the use of images, symbols or even words. It is visual communication and the aesthetic expression of concepts and ideas using various graphic elements and tools. Good communication skills are an essential part of the designer’s toolkit.
Making designs that look great on the page is nice, but one of the most important parts of the graphic design process happens even before putting pen to paper — listening to and interpreting what the client needs. Once this is established we find the best way to visually communicate your message to your target audience and impact them in a positive way.

All that is valuable in human society depends upon the opportunity for development accorded the individual.

Albert Einstein
Unlike web design, which creates a beautiful and easy to use website, web development is considered the back-end of the website. It is what makes the website function. Web development focuses on how the website works and how customers are able to navigate through and interact with it. Web development can range from developing the simplest static single page of plain text
to the most complex web-based Internet applications, electronic businesses, or social network services. An example of this would be - hey.anyoneknowaguy.com, a business directory site. This is design and development combined, easy to use navigation and interface with database driven back end.

Photography is the simplest thing in the world, but it is incredibly complicated to make it really work.

Martin Parr
What is photography? One place to look for the answer is a dictionary. The online version of the Oxford English Dictionary describes photography as 'the art or practice of taking and processing photographs'. - That's a rather dry definition. The more decades I do this, the more I realize everything in photography comes down to one word: vision. Call it vision, imagination, or seeing;
it all comes down to the same thing: the ability to envision a final result in your mind's eye, and then to make it so with your tools at hand. It's never been about the gear. It's always been about seeing something, knowing how you want it to look, and making it so. Making it so is the easy part; seeing it in the first place is what makes a photographer. Powers of observation are everything. Snapping a camera is trivial.
