• A statement confirming your bona fide belief that the information in the notification of claimed infringement is accurate and complete and, under penalty of perjury, that you, the complaining party, are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

ECS Networks may, in its sole discretion, suspend, disable, and/or terminate the accounts of any users who have been identified as repeatedly engaging in allegedly infringing activities or for other related reasons.

ECS Networks will presume you provide Feedback voluntarily, and ECS Networks is free to, and will have the right to, use it without restriction, including without providing attribution or compensation to you or any third party.
